I quit smoking but things are getting worse. what's wrong with me?

Nicotine withdrawal: Not sure what you mean "things are getting worse", but if you have fatigue, trouble sleeping, change in appetite or irritable, you're having nicotine withdrawal from stopping tobacco. This is normal, but can be severe for some and last longer than a few days or weeks. Try nicotine gum or lozenge or call 800-quitnow for some coaching through it. If depressed, see a provider.
