Balance is key: Benefits of exercise include, less body fat, stronger muscles, more energy and an increased metabolism. This last benefit is key to dieting and weight control. It allows one to eat more and still lose weight! also important is the muscle loss that comes with dieting without exercise. Ultimately causing a high body fat even if your weight is acceptable. Maintaining muscle mass is important.
