Here are some...: There has been no known specific exercise to benefit and strengthen the kidneys, but regular exercise coupled with good nutrition in moderation will surely improve blood flow to nurture all tissues and organs (kidneys included) for a healthy longer living. So, healthy lifestyle with no overindulgence is the foundation of all healthcare.
