Exhausted: Many patients, but especially patients over sixty will be very fatigued after surgery or procedures. Often they do not have significant adrenal function to recover quickly. The adrenal glands make the hormones to help with energy and repair. We give our patients IV therapy to help their bodies recover quicker. Look up information on adrenal fatigue.
