Low testosterone can cause symptoms of fatigue . Recosult his MD about addressing the low testosterone. It is not dangerous but has to be addressed.

Time to reassess with his VA doc as he has many conditions that may be possibly involved in his severe fatigue, not to mention possible undiagnosed new conditions. Depression automatically kicks in with such symptoms and is likely to contribute as well.
