Might: It is very important to rinse away all of the solution before placing in your mouth. We always give the denture a final rinse with listerine before returning to patient after cleaning.

Many: If you are sleeping 8-9 hours /day, then it probably is not related to sleep. See your md and you will likely have a blood panel done to see if you are anemic or having any other abnormal results which mght cause this. May also be a hormonal or environmental cause. See your md.
