Recent colon/endoscopy revealed patchy minimal/mild chronic non specific duodenitis, terminal ileum with minimal patchy acute inflammation, and mild chronic gastritis. H pylori was negative I dont take NSAIDS, smoke or drink. All IBD neg. except CRP?
I've been eating healthy but continue with persistent nausea, gas, and loose stools. Stools are brown but formless resembling aerated soil and sinks rather than floats. EGD, blood tests, CT scan, X-rays all normal. Diagnosed with mild gastritis.
