Probably not HIV: Acute HIV infection is very unlikely for these symptoms, and HIV is almost never acquired by oral sex. (There are few if any proved cases of HIV transmitted mouth to penis.) This sounds like gastrointestinal infection, probably nothing to do with the sexual exposure, although it is possible you acquired a GI infection during that event. Discuss with your doctor.
