Listen to doc: Sounds like the radiologist was not convinced about ocd. Seems like you are doing the right thing. Stay off the knee and repeat studies in a few months or so.

OCD knee: With ocd arthroscopic surgery may be helpful to remove unstable articular cartilage material. Important for the radiologist to determine what stage based on your MRI your ocd is at as this will provide some prognostication.
