A friend of mine was taking enalapril without hctz (hydrochlorothiazide). now, my friend, is doin dialisis because her kidneys is fallin? what cost her it? not take hctz (hydrochlorothiazide)?

Dialysis: The causes of kidney disease are very complex and it is unlikely that not taking hctz (hydrochlorothiazide) will have triggered the need for dialysis.

No: Dialysis is because of failing kidney function. It is not related to not taking hctz (hydrochlorothiazide).
