Urine test: It is a laboratory test of a random urine collection, its results include color, appearance, specific gravity, ph, protein, glucose, urobilinogen, ketones, bilirubin, blood, nitrite, leukocyte, followed by a centrifuge step and a microscopic exam to help detect blood cells, mineral crystals, or microorganisms present in the sample.

Full evaluation: Urine analysis usually is a chemical evaluation of the composition of the urine. When "microscopic" is added, it means that a sediment (spun down portion of the urine) is examined for cells and crystals or other substances. You usually see this when there is an abnormality of the urinalysis by itself.
