What is the definition or description of: urinalysis microscopic exam shows pus cells?

Urine "pus" cells...: Typically urine is sterile, in that it does not contain any white blood cells. By pus cells, i assume that you mean neutrophils in your urine sample. In large quantities, neutrophils in your urine sample can be associated with an infection, a stone, tumors, etc. Your doctor should be able to help interpret their importance in your specific case.

See below: Pus cells or pyuria refers to white blood cells in the urine. Normally, the number should not exceed 5 per high power field. It may indicate the presence of bacteria in the urine or a urinary tract infection depending on whether there are symptoms. Please consult your primary care doctor for treatment.
