Many!: Foods that are rich in iron include: red meat (preferably lean), dark green leafy vegetables (broccoli, spinach, etc.), oysters, clams, liver, beans (especially pinto), lentils, peas, soybeans, artichoke, dried fruits and egg yolks.

Test: If your iron is normal your hemoglobin is normal and you don't have signs of anemia I would not be worried about your ferritin.
