In general, yes.: The procedure should be necessary to relieve pain or deal with infection. The dentist will use anesthetic without adrenaline in it. If you want to be asleep for the procedure, the dentist should consult with your ob/gyn.

Generally yes.: Before a tooth is removed an x-ray image is usually taken prior. It is advised to avoid this during pregnancy. However, it is a risk:benefit calculation. One does not want to have a seriously infected tooth during pregnancy either. An oral surgeon is the best specialist to help guide you through the decision process and procedure if needed.

Yes it is: Assuming that you are in good health and there are no complications during the pregnancy it should be fine. Make sure your doctor uses no Epinephrine in the local anesthetic. Congratulations on the wonderful miracle(s).
