See a doctor!: (only because you said 'big'). You can try popping it with a sterile (not hot) pin on the edge, just where the blister meets normal skin and then wash with soap & water and keep covered with a sterile band aid. Watch for signs of infection (redness, pain, pus, odor, swelling) and if you think it's infected, see your doctor.
