How long do i have to wait before getting mammogram results?

It varies: Some mammogram units give immediate feedback. Other take a day or two. You should also receive a letter from the radiologist.

Mammo results: The legal requirement of the Mammography Quality Standards Act(MQSA) is that you receive a results letter within 30 days. Have you been waiting longer? Even if you haven't, if you are concerned, call your doctor's office and ask about the results.
