IF there is any: Significant abnormality then you should receive a call. Often the next step is more detailed views of a breast sonogram (ultrasound). So it becomes a true call back, for more testing.

Mammo results: If there is an abnormality they should call you within a few days, but if you are worried you don't have to wait...call your doctor's office and ask about the results.
