Not likely: The general goals of septoplasty correct the inside of the nose and do not generally change the outside cosmetic appearance of nose. Deviated septum: There are no guarantees that fixing your septum will improve your appearance. You may need additional procedures; have your nose evaluated by a board certified facial plastic surgeon.
