If i get my deviated nasal septum fixed, will the bulge on the left side of my nose go away?

Not likely: The general goals of septoplasty correct the inside of the nose and do not generally change the outside cosmetic appearance of nose. That is unless you are having a plastic surgeon intentionally correct outside at same time as inside. Speak with the surgeon performing the procedure about this issue.

No: The septum is more or less in the center of your nose, the bulge on the outside can be addressed at the same time but is not part of septal surgery.

Deviated septum: There are no guarantees that fixing your septum will improve your appearance. You may need additional procedures; have your nose evaluated by a board certified facial plastic surgeon.
