See your doctor: The presence of a hole in your eardrum will help your ear to drain. If it burst due to infection, you still need antibiotics to treat the infection.

ENT visit?: Please make an appointment with an ENT surgeon to take care of your ruptured ear drum. Do not do anything to drain; it could turn nasty.
