Mucocele: This is a benign swelling of the small salivary tissue in the lining of the mouth/ lip... You can observe... Many of these will resolve on their own, or simple excision.

Cyst: Essentiaaly a cyst that has formed by a secretion gland sealing itself off and forming a semi-firm ball. Usually these will need to be removed by an ENT specialist. That way, it will not keep coming back.
