Pimple: You don't treat it, at least not without a degree in Dentistry or Medicine, or you run the chance of replacing the "pimple" with scar tissue. Please make an appointment with your Dentist to properly diagnose one the lesion and to put you onto the correct path for appropriate treatment. Referral to a specialist, an Oral Surgeon or a Periodontist, may be in order.
