Unlikely: Not likely. May be normal minor salivary glands. Could be mucous retention cysts. Best bet is to see your dentist or oral surgeon for evaluation.

Definitely, no: Hand, foot, & mouth disease is a contagious viral illness that commonly affects infants and children caused by enterovirus. The disease usually doesn't need treatment. However, it is always good idea to see your dentist for evaluation if concerned. Good luck.
