Anything is possible: However i've never heard of this despite performing thousands of injections. I am more concerned about other possible causes of diesease effecting the nasal lining, sinuses, olfactory nerves or central nervous system (brain). On occasion this may be an aura prior to a migraine or seizure or indicative of some other problem. See your internist, ENT or neurologist for evaluation.

No: You didn't ask a question but i assume you want to know if it's normal to have that smell in your nose after Botox injection. No, it's not normal to have any kind of smell in your nose after Botox injection. And the smell is probably unrelated to your injection. If the smell doesn't go away, i recommend seeing your doctor to find out what the cause is.

These are not relate: You should be evaluated by an ear nose and throat specialist. The odor you are experiencing isn't from the botox.

Dysosmia: We dont know anything about you, not even your age or any medical conditions. Dysosmia is not related to Botox; however, it may be suggestive of a stroke in some circumstances. Please seek medical attention.
