Need sinus exam.: It appears that your sinus may be infected. This can affect balance, change in smell and may not draining. I would have a thorough exam with your PCP.

Consider this: You are suffering paroxysmal spells, and although not fully typical for complex partial seizures, it would be worthwhile to visit a neurologist to explore the episodes. An EEG could be considered. The possibility of sinus problems is to be included, as another explanation.
