BMI will tell: A normal body mass index is between 18-25. 25-39 is overweight and > 30 is obese. In your case, a normal weight would be 110-145 pounds, overweight from 145-174, and you would be considered obese if greater than 174. Even dropping your weight by 5-10 pounds can have a great effect on your health and feeling of well being.
