Ovarian cyst and cal: If this was found by ultrasound, the two most common reasons would be that you have a dermoid cyst (benign cystic teratoma) or a serous cyst with psammoma bodies (calcified cells). With those findings, i presume your gynecologist will suggest a laparoscopy to remove the cyst.
