Talk to your doctor: The size of your right ovary is about twice the size of a normal ovary and likely most of that is taken up by the cyst. The presence of a thick septation suggests the possibility of more than just a simple cyst but does not confirm anything. Your labs don't really confirm anything and you may need more imaging. Your doc may want a Ca125 test. You need to have a frank conversation with him/her.

See your GYN: Have you had a CA125 or ovarian cancel screen. This will likely need to be removed, but if a tumor marker is elevated, it should be done by a GYN oncologist.
