Not yet...: Many ovarian cysts are benign. Ca125 elevation can be seen in many things causing irritation of the mesothelial lining if the abdominal cavity. Ovarian cancer is one such thing that can cause irritation, but also ruptured ovarian cysts, ovarian torsion, infections have all been reported to cause elevated ca125. Wait until the oncologist evaluates you. He/she will tell you how concerned to be.
