Cyst on ovary, it hurts now; how worried should i be? should i go back to obgyn?

Go back: If the pain is persistent the cyst may have "ruptured" or twisted cutting off the blood supply to the ovary if it is twisted surgery needs to occur.. An examination/ultrasound can differentiate the cause.
