Breast feeding? : Are you breast-feeding? Vaginal dryness is not really a side effect of a c-section or an iud. It is a very common side effect for breast-feeding women because it shuts down the estrogen production from the ovary. This can be easily fixed with prescription vaginal estrogen cream. Also try an otc product called replens.
