Not sure: Vaginal pressure could be from a period beginning, from an undetected pregnancy or from an infection in the uterus, bladder or cervix. I would take a home pregnancy test first to determine if you are pregnant. Then I would make an appointment to see your OB/GYN or Family Doctor for a check.
