No: Corneal crosslinking can be considered after lasik if ectasia occurs. It is not a treatment for dry eye and may actually make dryness worse.

Yes and no: If there are abnormalities in the curvature of your eye because of the lasik, then yes. Usually, folks have a lot of rapid change in their prescription. It is not indicated for minor changes occurring years after the original procedure. There is currently no indication for it in the treatment of dry eyes.

Crosslinking: Crosslinking is not needed after routine lasik. Crosslinking also does not help with dry eyes.
