i had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago. is it possible to show up on blood work if i got pregnant a week ago?

Possible: Unlikely but possible. The other source of a positive pregnancy test is from the miscarriage where the blood level has not yet fallen to undetectable.

No: The blood test will not be positive if you conceived only a week ago. However, depending on the circumstances of your miscarriage, you could still have a lingering positive test from that.
