I had a miscarriage i'm 20 years old i was 6 weeks it happened a week ago didn't even realize it happened it was a cramps and blood i was at work all day and i am still going back to work do you think this is healthy or was it a false pregnancy?

Miscarriage in early pregnancy is not rare. When the shed materials are available for examination there are often findings that show the fetal tissue with an abnormal genetic/chromosome makeup. Such combinations that would not survive longer. I am not clear what you mean by false pregnancy. This does not mean that next time things can turn out okay.

More than a quarter of early pregnancies are lost spontaneously, usually due to chromosomal defects in the embryo. If you are symptomatic and able to carry out your duties it is okay to keep working. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health.
