A member asked:

How is heart work?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Frederick Tibayan answered

The heart is a pump.: Two pumps, really. One to the lungs, one to the whole body. The pump squeezes the blood. Valves make sure it goes the right direction. The energy of the heart squeezing turns into the energy of the blood moving.

Dr Khanna and another doctor agreed
