See an Oral Surgeon: You should see an oral and maxillofacial surgeon as soon as possible. Two things that come to mind as possible causes are growths (benign or cancerous) and lichen planus (especially the erosive kind). There are numerous other possibilities that need to be evaluated and the oral surgeon will know how to handle your problem.
