Probably nothing: In the absence of pain or discomfort it is most likely an area of hyper -pigmentation. Take a picture of it and then take another in 2 weeks. If it hasn't changed its most likely ok. If it worries you see an ent.

Blood clot: Possibly you bit your tongue and developed a small blood clot which could appear black. Best bet is to let an oral surgeon or dentist look at it to be safe since there are other possibilities.
