Hi my penis has been hurting on and off all day everyday along with stomach pain. i went to the er, they said i have gastritis.. does that make sence?

No: The only definitive way to diagnose gastritis is by endoscopy, otherwise it is just a guess (altho can be an intelligent guess). This would in no way create pain in your penis. Stay away from emergency rooms with situations that are not true emergencies, and go see a primary care doctor, either family practitioner or internist. Good luck.
