Hard to know: It's difficult to know the short outline form like this. Depends on where the pain is in your abdomen, does it radiate anywhere, how long after eating does it get worse, duration, quality, etc. It also depends on the physical exam as well as a complete history. See your primary doctor for more complete a valuation, and ask if a referral to a G.I. specialist is appropriate. Hope this helps!
