ulcer?: You're young to be getting ulcers, but abdominal pain and indigestion that radiates to the back may be indicative of a gastric or duodenal ulcer. Anti-inflammatory meds, such as the advil (ibuprofen) you are taking, can cause gastritis and ulcers. Please see your doctor tomorrow, and stop the advil (ibuprofen).
