Look to foods: Hidden food allergies (those mediated by Coombs ! reactions which are igg medicated) are often the basis of the chronic psoriatic and eczematous reactions. These food allergies are missed as skin scratch testing is generally unreliable, confusing, non-standardized and is not a good way to determine allergies accurately, let alone for hidden food allergies. Igg allergen-specific blood testing!

No.: Fluocinonide is a topical corticosteroid, commonly used to treat psoriasis (and other steroid-responsive rashes such as eczema). It does not work on fungal infections, and often makes them worse. Go back to your doctor. He'll determine why the Fluocinonide is no longer working and either prescribe a replacement or send you to a dermatologist.

Agreed, no, no, no.: The doctors who have told you to avoid Fluocinonide for tinea are right. It can be misleading, as applying a steroid to tinea may cause a brief improvement due to it calming the inflammation, but continued use will actually make it worse.
