Could be: Fatty food intolerance is one of the common signs of gallbladder disease. After eating foods, especially fatty or fried foods, a hormone is secreted which stimulates the gallbladder to contract, releasing bile into the bile ducts. If the opening gets blocked by a stone, it may cause colicky pain, and vomiting.
