The: Catheter is new, sterilized, they use lubrication, once in, a little balloon holds in place, when ready to get out, balloon is deflated.

Not too bad: A catheter sounds worse than it is. Lots of lubricant will be used when the tube is inserted. After insertion a very small balloon is blown up inside and keeps it in place. The bailoon is deflated prior to removal. It's quick. The very best to you.
