Overuse: Full day workout ? Must have a goal / purpose for this. Only ones i know of for this are endurance athletes -- triathlon, cycling, running. Certainly ok to mix and match, but should lead to goal with purposeful steps along the way. Be sure to take in calories while doing the workout. Also, recovery time critical -- don't cut this short. Good luck.
