Would taking up pilates be a good way to rehab from an injury?

Depends on injury: It depends on the injury. Pilates is especially helpful to regain core strength and stability after a back/spine injury once cleared by your doctor. It can also help with recruitment of previously injured atrophied muscles, nerves, and help with balance. Best to see a primary cares sports med, pmnr or ortho doc to see if it's appropriate for you.
