What winter activities are good during rehab for an ankle injury?

Ankle Injury: I think that it would depend upon what type of ankle injury you sustained. A mild sprain could mean more activities than a sever ankle fracture. Check with the physician who is treating your injury.

Rehab: Anything that is low impact to start would be fine, suggest starting wearing a brace to start with then transition. One thing i tell my patients is use bottom step hold handrail and slowly lower your foot the slowly raise onto tip toes. This helps with strength and rom.
