Diabetes Prevention: The things you mention are certainly good ways to stay healthy in general. If you are already pre-diabetic, the data shows us that 30 minutes of moderate physical activity per day coupled with a 5-10% reduction in body weight will prevent almost 60% of pre-diabetics from becoming diabetic.
