It Depends on Goals: It may be wise to ease into any exercise program and start every other day. It depends upon your goals as to determining effectiveness for you. One must consider recovery time as well. Typically, I recommend starting 2-3 days per week, and increasing gradually once our bodies grow accustomed. Bodywork, such as chiropractic, acupuncture and massage in conjunction can ease your body into it.
