Vitamins: If you eat poorly or are malnourished it can be effective in reversing hypovitaminosis. If you are normal and eat properly there may be only a limited value since it is not always possible to eat perfectly.

Well: Multivitamins are effective in making the vitamin company, distributor and retail seller wealthy. Unless you have a known vitamin deficiency or are eating a very restrictive diet, these multivitamins effectively drain your wallet, and not much more. Better to save your money and go to the gym more often.
