Depends: Depends on a lot of factors, like how many minutes of warmup exercises do you do (pushups, sit-ups etc) and how much time is spent in kata/forms vx kumite/sparring. Not every class will burn the same amount of calories either - depends on what is being taught. Kicks burn more calories than punches. Throws burn more calories than kicks (unless it is a jumping kick).
